i've been wearing my contact lenses almost daily for about 3 months now. i recently got a new perscription, but i'm using the same brand of contact lenses, and this new perscription just always seems to bother my eyes.

i used to be able to leave my contacts in for a quite a while before they started bothering me at all. this new perscription is usually bothering me so much by the time i get home from school/work that i just take them right out.

today's events is what really scared me. i hadn't worn the lenses for about 2 days just because i've been bummin around the house. when i went to put the lenses in this morning it wasn't even a minute before both of my eyes were beat red and felt like they were on fire. no, they weren't inside out. i just took them out and wore my glasses all day. :/ am i doing something wrong? any suggestions?

Maybe is the solution also check the experation date on the lenses they might be old & the solution that they come in is old. Talk to ur eye dr. When I got my new pres. I was told I could only use Opti-Free w/my new lenses.

You need to go see your eye doc ASAP and don't put them back in until you get checked by the eye doc. SOmething is not right and it sounds like you might have an infection.

maybe you have a bacterial infection in your eye. You should go see your doctor.
