Why Is It When You Cry For about an Hour One Day. Then The Next Day When You Wake Up, Your Eyes Are All Puffy?Also: Quit Asking me If I'm Depressed. Yes. I Suffer From Depression. Servere Depression. I have Every Right To Cry. I Talk To My Doctor. I Go To a Counselor. Just Answer The Question And Get On With It. Thank You. =]

It depends on what time you cry. I cried in my sleep before so my eyes were puffy. And I cried at 12am one night and my eyes were puffy. But if cried at like 2 pm or 10 am, you probably wont have puffy eyes

crying makes your eyes tired so they get puffy.
