| IF i just eat a big breakfast no lunch and a small Dinner and workout and walk on treadmill for a week how much good will it do and how bout if i do this for like a month?? will i be able to get more built and get abs and lose my man boobs??? i am curently 5'5 and weight 140

| i went trough the same thing.. but instead try doing dis for breakfast eat like a king..lunch like a prince and dinner like a servant..in order to get abs and lose manboobs do pushups and situps/crunches and of course run..eat healthy though and drink plenty of water..
