What is a natrual way to get rid of sun burn? i am in a lot of pain?

Aloe Vera leaves and cream as well as any other cold cream will help. Even cool damp washcloths will help, though not as much.

get a bottle of aloe vera and put it in the fridge to keep it cold it will cool the sunburn off alot

Take a cool bath and pour vinegar into the water after the bath aloe Vera gel.

put vinegar on your bodies.. after that.. take a shower.. then put on aloe vera.. it'll help it a lot..

My grandmother always used a 1/2 milk 1/2 water mixture to soak towels and make compresses for the skin, seemed to work well for her for reducing redness and the stinging. oh yeah plenty of water and vitamin C as your immune system is going to be working overtime to heal the skin. Good luck,,,,

A nurse in a grocery store line said to use witch hazel. I don't know why it works, but it does. I just put it on double or triple layers of paper towels and put them all over the burn. When the towels get hot I flip them over or shake them in the air for a few seconds and reapply. They remove all of the heat and most of the time all of the redness. I usually wake up with a tan the next day. Only once have I peeled.

Take aspirin for inflamation and get some 100% aloe vera gel it's cooling and you can usually find a large tub size at wamart and it's very inexpensive. But if the daughter is under 16 no aspirin, ibuprofen instead. Good healing
