| Spilanthes or grapefruit seed extract. Get them from a health shop. Very effective for ringworm, too. Put on the foot neat and take REALLY WELL DILUTED in water every day. Also eat lots of natural yoghurt, or take acidophilus tablets. This makes your skin unacceptable to the fungus and healthier.
