what happens if your child grows new teeth before losing their baby teeth?

about 6 weeks ago, my sons, two middle, bottom adult teeth appeared but he is yet to lose his baby teeth!they are vaguley beginning to wobble but i am worried he ight end up getting crooked teeth.it is causing him no pain at present.
