and whats the best cure?Sorry i dont think you understand.I know what a hangover is i have one today (blehhhh)What im asking is, what are like the scientific turms and such like what actually IS a hangover? is it like toxins? is it a mild form of poisoning? get me?

drink plenty of water before passing out for the night... Alcohol dehydrates your body thus causing a hangover in the following day....

A hangover is your bodys way of telling you that you are dehydrated...mainly after a long night of drinking. The best way to cure this is to get up and rehydrate yourself and drink plenty of liquids...also a lot of people will go and eat menudo...and pop an aspirin for the pain!
