| The YMCA and it's a lovely place. Heated pools, a steam sauna ( I prefer the dry air ones though), new weights, a basketball court, treadmills, etc. etc. I also liked this one...uh..Quivera I think it was called *shrugs* I went a LONG time ago. Anyways, the place was clean, had a dry sauna =], and lots of room and equipment.

| I use Fit Life Gym. It has great equipment and trainers, though the building is a tad shabby. It is never really busy and the noise isnt too bad.

| I both work out and have a job at my local YMCA and absolutely love it. Has a community feel to it and the staff is just as knowledgable as a private owned gym (golds or ballys). They have everything you would want for a gym (fitness/cardio area, classes, pool, sauna/steam room, racquetball & tennis courts, basketball gym, etc) and the rates have always been A LOT cheaper than other gyms. Besides, if you get a job at the YMCA (even part-time), some of them offer a free membership for staff.
