depends on how intense the original emotion and the type of bipolar disorder they have. there are two one is where the emotions are intensified and increased the other is where eirther that happens or when they get angry they tend to distroy things in a way. for example a person that i know was getting ticked of and was yelling then the person that he was yelling at told him that his shirt was on backwards. instead of turning the shirt around he grabed the collar ripped it then he took it of. so yeah either that or they have both wich is way worse
