| Just trying to find some ideas on ways i can get rid of stress. Usually my stress turns into horrible migrains... not good..

| The best thing I have found is meditating. You don't have to have any particular experience just taking time out to let yourself breathe helps u center yourself. There was a great article in Psychology Today this spring about the unlimited benefits of meditation and the human psyche. Also I would recommend anything by Jack Kornfield as a intro to basic mediation technique's. Best Wishes
