 What is the best Bipolar workbook out there? I am looking for a workbook that can help me identify what cause my manic ness and depress. Then it can help me to prevent and control my mood swings. Dose anyone know a good workbook that has help them a lot with their bipolar? Thanks

| Your answer is not in a book, per say. You need to look and seek within yourself to find what causes depression. Then work from there. And definitely get professional help. They should be able to recommend many solutions.
