| ok well everyone on here will think im MAD to ask this question.. well i want to know how to PUT WEIGHT ON!! im a size 6 (in uk size) and i hate it!! i really would like to put some weight on. iv been to my doctor and got loads of tests done for my thighriod , diabetes etc and im fine. i eat healthy also i eat meat and sumtimes junk food. i know use will probs say im lucky trust me im NOT i HATE It!! people say im too skinny or that im aneriox im NOT!! for my height(i dont know it) but im small and the doctor said as am not very tall my weight is ok. but i would like to put a bit of weight on. some4 people say im blessed i would say im cursed. my auntie said i will probs put weight on as i get older ( 17 just now). can any HELP me please!! p.s i was thinking about buying BUILD UP ( like slim fast but you dont loose weight you slowly put it on) PLEASE HELP thank you xx

| Gaining weight should be really easy.. If you Eat more calories than you loose. One pound is 3500 calories. So eat after your full. Dont stop eating when you get full.. My brother is the same way.

| yo. eat junk food a lil more and check ur weight each day to make sure you arent gaining too much weight..well i hope that helped you. BEST ANSWER?
