| Don't waste money and "super ab power 2000" exercise machines. Just get on the ground and do some old fashoned situps. Do as many as you can one day and then the neaxt etc. or what I do is I play games or watch t.v and do 25 situps every 15 minutes within one hour, boom 100 situps a day.

| 65 Kg is good weight for you. Do walking and take care of your diet (take help of a dietician). I did the same and shed 2 inches from my bOObs, waist and hips. I was 38 D - 30 - 42. Now i am 36C - 28 and 40. My hubby loves itTake care and best of luck...
