Is there a magic way to loose the jelly belly?

I have three kids and a jelly belly sorry I know it's nasty but it's reality. I've heard of seaweed mud wraps does it really work?

Loose skin doesn't disappear on its own, but fat can be decreased through aerobic exercise, such as walking 30 minutes per day.

Only excercise and diet works.Diet is easy, eat healthy food that tastes good. Search up recipes, whatever.Excercise with your kids, have activities outside. You can see who wins the race or how many skips it takes to reach that wall.Yes, it ****s. But, that's life.

First, you have to be happy and proud that you are a Mom of 3 healthy kids. Second, don't worry about that 'lil belly, if you really would like to get rid of it ASAP...surgery is the answer. But if you don't want any of those, you can go ahead and start working out, jog or walk or do something fun outdoors..this way, you'll lose some of those weight and will eventually lose that lil belly. It will take some time...effort..motivation..determination...and discipline if you really want to lose that belly. Eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and see the results. Be patient and always think positive!!
