 Is there any financial help for medical bills in Lagos, Nigeria? Someone I have been chatting with is asking for help to pay for the hospital bill for his son who was in an accident. I do not know him well enough to give money to and I know there are a lot of scammers there. Does Nigeria have any places where someone could get help with paying the medical bills there? So far in my research I have not found anything.
