soft erection and premature ejaculation?

have a problem with soft erection and premature ejaculation have a difficult and incomplete erection and ejaculate before starting the intercourse just at the start within 15 / 20 seconds. has been on for some time but cannot control it. have not tried any medicines as such till now..
