 Shrooms cramps? I did "magic mushrooms" for the first tonight and it was a very enjoyable trip. I walked way more than usual and now sitting at home have been cramping up everywhere. Mainly my stomach, chest and back. Lots of dull, unexplainable pains. Three questions a) What are some of the longterm effects of shrooms? b) Is it safe to take a decently strong sedative if I ate shrooms 5 hours ago? c) Are these cramps common?
