 Retainer help!!!? i just got my braces off yesterday. last night i put on my retainers and slept with them the entire night. when i woke up my teeth really hurt. i took them off to eat, but i just tried to putting them back on and it's really loose and comes off easily. also, my ortho told me to put a rubberband across it at all times when i wear my retainer. this is bc i told him i still had a gap in my teeth. do you think that could be the reason?? bc i really think the gap got smaller and maybe thats the reason they didnt fit snugly like yesterday?
