restless leg syndrom?

Please Help My boyfriend suffers from restless leg syndrom which is affecting his sleep with constant leg stretching and moving about all night does anyone know of something to releive some of the discomfort that maybe he can do before bed time , besides the herbal and usual daily aides as he doesnt have these every night as bad as other nights? a quick temp fix for a good night sleep ,is it a possibility?? please and thanx for your advise. a sleepy girlfriend.

I had it as a young kid. Every now and then I get it. Excedrine does it for me.

I suffer from RLS and the only thing that helps me is a prescription drug. He needs to see a Dr soon for both of you
