| i am wondering what the easiest way to get protein every three hours is without eating a whole meal (i was thinking a protein bar) i am trying to build muscle i am 13

| I would recommend you buy 1 - 5kg of protein.. I suggest a protein mix that has a lot of carbs. Make sure you are taking at least about 80-100g at your age, along with a good program at gym..although I still think you should wait until your sixteen before you start worrying about muscles.

| The easiest way to obtain protein quickly and easily is by taking a whey protein shake. But taking one of these every 3 hours is too much. You should take a protein shake after your workout and before bed or in the morning. You shouldn't rely on supplements for all your protein. You should get your protein from wholesome foods like meat, fish etc. You could use a protein bar but not every 3 hours. Just take a shake after working out and in the morning. Supplementing when 13 is not a great idea.
