 problem with PureVision contacts? I've been wearing soft contacts for about 10 years for my -6.0 myopia, and am switching to PureVision silicon hydrogels - supposedly better for your eyes esp. if you have red eye etc. The problem is that while I can see well with my old contacts (-6.0 power), I can't see with the PureVision -6.0! I was prescribed -6.5 so that I can actually wear them and see normally ... Does anyone have any idea why I need a higher power on these new contacts? My vision is around -6.25 as measured by the optometrist ...
