| ok putting the excersise aside which i already do plenty off, i heard its mostly to do with a diet but wat i really want to know is not some info on how much i should eat in amounts but a certain scheduale on WHAT to eat during 1 complete day.....before and after gym, swimming, running and days which iam at rest not workin on the stomach...thanx alot

| Sure that is an absolute possibility. Exercise, eat right, eat lots of protein. =)Some foods you should eat:protein shakesmeat (lean-lean) no fat!nuts, almonds,high fiber foods.

| I could get one in about ten minutes (Our local Asda is open 24 hours now) But I say why have a six pack when you can have a barrel

| well it really depends on how in shape you are. if you really fat its just about impossible. do alot of cardio. like jogging,bike riding, spriints, walking. then when wait is lost focus on muscle. push-ups is the best way to build on arms and chest. then do alot of cruches morning and night. may hurt but youll get used to it.
