 One of my tooth is sitting at the top and i wanted to knw if i hve to hve... ...a operation or if braces wud fix ths it costs too much in newzealand and i want to do it in kerala(India) does anyone know how much it would cost(in rupees) and if i cn do the tightenin and all in hamilton(NZ) after i cum from india...

| If, by saying it is sitting at the top, do you mean above another tooth? If this is so, you have to have the tooth under it pulled out to make way for the one at the top to come down where it should be. I had a son with this same problem. When the tooth at the top does come down, it will be not quite level with your other teeth straight away, but with time it does work it's way down with the other teeth.
