| My name is Mariah. I'm 14 years old and 9 months. I weigh 130 lbs. and am 5 foot 3 1/2 inches. I know that I am not fat, but I do wish I was more thin. I've been searching online for ways to lose weight, but I have very little experience. By this I mean that I have no idea if these diets will really work or if they're safe or beneficial. I wish I could try these diets some way in secret but every time I finally get to downloading the meal plan or tips it always cost money. I know that if I ask my parents they will laugh at me and just tell me to exercise and stop eating junk food. While I am a huge athlete, I just cannot seem to lose weight. Ive read the Idiot Proof Diet, the Slimin4 diet, and the wu-long tea... and it all just seems to good to be true. There has to be something wrong with them... isnt there? Does anyone have any advice? I know that I am healthy.. but I want to be skinny like all my friends. Surely you can understand that :\ I play softball competitively, my mile time is 7:15, & I like being active.. but bcuz im so muscular I weigh a lot and I dont like it.

| they seem too good to be true because its takes time and hard work..... the make it sound like its all glory and it happens over night but it doesnt! Just start by doing some cardio and cutting your meals down to 5-6 small meals a day.... a nutrional bar will be good for one meal.... and then get in some light weight lifting ... make sure you ask for help if you dont know how to lift something properly.... and remember to stretch... Push yourself each and every day and week to go the distance and you will achieve your goal! Stay Positive more than physical its mental tooo!!!!!! best of luck!
