 Nasal Septoplasty Surgery Nasal Tube General Anesthesia? I'm 23 female & I am scheduled for nasal septoplasty surgery in 2 weeks. I am getting general anesthesia, does anyone know if a tube is going to be put down my throat during this?, i've never had any surgery of any type before, also, I had an allergic reaction to amoxicillin about a year ago, is this going to affect anything? Can anyone tell me from experience what the recovery time was like? how long off of work? Any doctor restrictions? Any sort of bleeding, nose splints, stuffiness, swelling, any & all information would be great!
