 Ladies question only:)? Okay I was just wondering why my periods now are so light? I mean, at the end of the day, my tampon barley has any blood on it. I just recently changed my diet to all healthy foods, and no junk what so ever. Can this be the result of my extremly light periods?

| it is possible, or you could be pregnant.the thing i am most concerned about is that you are not fully soaking your tampons. this can lead to serious health problems, please for your health and fertility's sake, use pads or pantiliners when your period is that light.

| the heaviness of your period is directly related to the amount of body fat you have. So, if you are eating much lighter foods, yes this is the reason for the lighter period.
