| I started smoking weed when I was nearly 15 and then I stopped a half a year and a few months ago I started to smoke it every week somelike 4 times . I wanna stop smoking it because I'm hurting the one who love me. how can I stop this

| surprisingly enough it is addicting even though your friends won't believe it. Stop. Just Stop. It is not going to cause you any ill effects so there is only your temptation probably because of bad friends. Change your friends and listen to your loved one, cuz if you don't they will be someone else's loved one! Are you a juvenile? Tell your mom you need help!

| i think you should deviate your cravings to other things, say candy. but you should not stop as in full stop because it may harm you because your body should adapt to changes.

| hey im 15 and i've been a everyday smoker for 2 years until 2 months ago i decided to stop. i stopped since i just wanted to get my tolerance for thc down but i havent blazed since then. you need a motivation. you need to focus and not to think about it. i know how it feels, feels like your missing your best friend but after a week you should be fine. also drink a LOT of water to get thc out of your system. good luck man

| You'll need to stay away from the people who supply you and/or keep you exposed to it. That is usually more difficult than stopping this particular drug, as it isn't physically addictive (i.e. you aren't going to have convulsions, and delerium tremens, etc). Just give those friends what you're holding, tell them to party-on and see if you can find a reason to leave town for a week or two. When you come back, find new friends who don't smoke.
