| stretch marks on my inner thighs.. and on my butt. Is this normal? Why do I have these? They are reddish lines that look like scars from a scratch.

| Yes, those would be stretch marks, its okay to have them, totally natural, I have them all over my bottom and my thighs too. Mine faded because I was constantly massaging them with baby oil and lotions and cocoa butter. That's the trick to getting rid of them, use baby oil at night and rub it on them, then during the day use cocoa butter if you can or any lotion will work. It will take a few weeks or months for them to fade all the way, but i swear they will...

| Some stretch marks go away but not all. You have them from losing or gaining wait too fast. Diet and exercise are more important than you realize at your age and they are not just for fat people. Even if you think you are a healthy weight, it will keep you healthy and fit. You should maintain your weight at a healthy level and hope that those marks are not permanent. If you still intend to lose wait losing it through eating healthy and exercise gradually. 1 or 2 lbs a week is normal. Vegetables help lose wait, especially green leafy ones. They are better for you raw or steamed. Fish is good for your skin. So these are things you might want to try for that.
