i want 2 cut so0o0o bad right now & i dont no y something just came over me & i want 2 but i have been trying 2 stop what should i do be for i make this mastake again

i dont want 2 cut any more
& i dont want 2 call a # or go C some1
no 1 in my family knows & 1 friend does & i think a nother 2 might
last time i cut this is what i did 2 stop but now is not working

i wrote this poem in 2 min's & read it over & over again but its not working this time help






Caring all the unwanted emotions inside .I just need to let go and cry, bleed and fell the pain.

Unleashing my wildest emotions. The ones that kill me inside and in the same way make me live life like its my last day.

The addiction I cant leave behind no matter how hard I try.

The fear of having to cover up my scars so no one will no I am living a lie.

Investing in something where the return is not so sweet.

No one knows and never will. If they do my life will fall apart piece by fragile piece.

God pleas help me
& it does spell cutting down the side
