| Use this website: http://www.sofeminine.co.uk/fitness/...numinceur1.asp It's amazing! it has great tips, and if you put in all your stats and then what you've eaten for the day it analyses it and says where you're going wrong.

| Honestly - been there - done that - the best "eating program" honestly is weight watchers - no foods are excluded and it teaches you how to eat real food in the real world - paying the weekly fee is motiviation too - you want to get your money's worth - all the best!

| well, depending on whether you want help (eg..weight watchers, jenny craig.) thats a really healthy way to go..ive been on jenny craig and have lost 65 lbs so far..its taken about 10 1/2 months now, but its very good..the cost is pretty expensive, but worth it..if your looking for just losing on your own, then you need to eat small meals, about 6 times a day is best to keep your metabolism going, cut back on fat and calories, put yourself on about 1500 a day..its tough to give up all the favorite foods, but it can be done..you could lose about 1 to 2 lbs a week (sometimes more if you exercise at least 3 times a week)..

| Portion control, and resisting the urge to eat when you're bored and not hungry, are two very important things. Of course, eating the right foods and exercising are equally important, but without the aforementioned losing weight is extremely difficult. As a 27 year old female, you need eight servings of fruit and vegetables, seven servings of grain products, two servings of milk and alternatives and two servings of meat and alternatives. I'd advise sticking to eating a well-balanced meal if you want to lose weight, and limit (but not eliminate!) junk food. If you eliminate chips, sodas, chocolate etc. completely you're more likely to binge on it. So every once in a while, as a treat for yourself, eat something you limit yourself to (within reasonable proportions, mind).Exercising is a must as well. Running is most popular, but if you (like me) hate it, swimming does wonders as well, and you can do so much more in a pool then on a treadmill.Just don't starve yourself, or over-exercise or do anything stupid that may harm your body. You'll regret it in the long run. Reduce your calorie intake gradually, start incorporating exercise into your routine, portion control (i.e eat 5-6 small meals a day every three hours as opposed to 3 large meals - it not only keeps you fuller longer, it helps you're body manage the weight), EAT breakfast (it starts up your metabolism earlier in the day, which burns your calories) and overcome the urge to eat when you are simply bored and not actually hungry. Good luck!
