If i cut my arm,and have no band-aids,can I use a kotex pad to stop the bleeding?

Uh, if you need that much to stop the bleeding-then maybe you need to go to the hospital. Why stick a pad on your arm. Is it a papercut and a drop of blood or is your arm open lets say-down to the white?

If you're near a box of pads sure but why not use something simple like a towel, your shirt or socks until you get to the doctor. Just make sure you keep the sticky side up and don't peel the paper off.
