| I have lost about 22pounds of fat in about 2 months & then I gained weight to to muscle gain becuase i worked out..then i lost more fat(i was working out at the gym after i lost 22lbs) while i was loosing 22lbs i have a bike that i rode for 20mins 6-7x a week! After 5-6months i took a break from diet & gained back 10pounds in that month! Then i went on the Lemonade diet & i lost that 10pounds in 6days! I had 0meals for the 1st 2 days then i had 6-7brownies as a meal! but i still lost 10pounds! i changed the lemonade diet a lil' instead of 1tablespoon of lemonjuice + 8oz of water= lemonadei made it 1oz+8oz of water = lemonade i drank probably 10-13cups of lemonade everyday!it is pratically starving your self i have tried to go back on it 3x cant do it! well BOTTOM LINE I NEED TO LOOSE 30LBS. BY AUGUST 13, 2007 PLZ! HELP! I AM ON SUMMER VACTION SO PLEASE MAKE IT EAY! 15YRS OLD5FT 5INCHES MALE WEIGH ABOUT 183HELP!(I HAVE GAINED 5POUNDS THIS SUMMER [30DAYS])

| hi there.I bet you already know that the way you are going about losing weight isnt the best way. Your 15. The best way to lose weight is by asking your mom to get you a membership at a gym or go to weight watchers. If you go to a gym and tell them your goal they will be able to help you get to that goal and do it the right way. trust me the way your going about it is wrong.. I'M 30 and i'm 5'3 and weight 190 so i know what u are going through. I got a gym membership and they are getting me on the right step to my weightloss i'm sorry this isn't what u wanna hear but its what u need to hear..

| Eat only vegetables and white meat (turkey,fish) and a little fat-free yogurt is the best thing and stay active - try running, biking and swimming (and any sport) but not so much weights because that will build muscle while losing the fat instead of losing the fat and only getting a little more muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so if it is weight you need to lose for wrestling or something - do the above. This really works for me. I have started myself on a losing wieght constantly campaign and have been chubby all of my life and the biggest thing is taking out any bread - Sugar and Bread (all carbs) is BAD. Always choose white over red meat, skip the roll at dinner, if you cant really choose what to eat since you are on vaca and have to eat something like pasta, eat more of the veggies and less pasta and/or eat the pasta at lunch not dinner. Also, if you have a sweet tooth, like me, that needs at least one thing a day to satisfy try instant pudding/jello (sugar and fat free) or use whipped cream on milk because whipped cream (for a dessert) really isnt that bad for you. | You are starving yourself and that is why you are gaining occasionaly, because your body is not getting the nutrients it needs. Still keep drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of filtered water a day. Eat lots of leafy veggies, like leaf lettuce, spinach, swiss chard, also onions, cabbage, cauliflower, few carrots, green and yellow beans, broccoli, cucumber, zuchinni, celery. Come right off dairy products,as they are very hard on your digestive system and plug you up. Also all sugar. Eat all berries like blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries, These are anti-oxidants which you really need. The best is fresh and next is the frozen. You also need fiber so your digestive system will keep on working.(bowel movements) For breakfast get some Quick Quaker Oatmeal, cook it then add a little salt, put in some of the fruit, get some Stevia which is a herbal sweetener (very good and very sweet) it is a liquid.Chop up a few pieces of walnuts, and stir and enjoy! No milk, if you must have milk buy some Rice milk in the non dairy section of the stores.Eat a little chicken roasted, and maybe some fish like canned or fresh salmon, and an egg or two a day. Eat your fruit as a snack and not with other foods. You can have apples, pears, grapes, peaches, watermellon, but very few bananas as they have too much sugar.You are doing a terrific amount of exercising which is wonderful, and therefore you need lots of water, you can have your lemon, but you Need to eat like I have told you here. You can have a baked potatoe (preferrably red) a couple of times a week. Now with your veggies, if you make a salad use a vinegar and olive oil mixed together for the dressing. If you want a change stir fry your veggies in a little olive oil only until they are still crunchy. Watch so they do not burn as olive oil does not take high heat. This is delicious! dish out on a plate sqeeze lemon or lime juice over the top and enjoy!!I hope you will be able to do this as your body will not be deprived of anything and you will definitely lose the weight you desire for August.
