I learned i have a chance at getting glaucoma?how to prevent it?

So my eye doctor tells me i have a chance of having glaucoma but i have 19 and 19 on both eyes which isnt too bad but its BAD how can i prevent it from becoming glacoma the doctors say their not sure but theirs a chance anything i can do to prevent it?Please anything i really dont want to go blind isomething in my heart told me to never use contacts but i did.........

Umm, ask your doctor. They are experts.

Glaucoma has nothing at all to do with wearing contacts.

A couple of sites state that a study has shown that using some kind of eyedrops helps.
