| lift as heavy as possible, eat everything in sight, and cut out all cardio while puttig on mass, you can burn the fat once you have size. stick to only 2 or three excercises for biceps and triceps and only work them once or twice a week, any more than that and you will not allow the muscle to heal, the rule of thumb is you need 3 to 4 days of rest for each muscle group, stick to straight barbell curls, reverse grip curls and mybe preacher curls for biceps, and tricep pulldowns, close hand bench press, and dips for triceps, try that for about 4 to six months and you will see a difference, but remember you have to eat to get size.

| ahh, there is your problem.Mussels will only build on your arm if you keep it underwater at the beach for a long time - they need time to settle.if you need a recipe for cooking them, i'll be glad to supply you with a few.
