How to stop waking up in a cold sweat? Like sometimes I actually think Im going to finally be able to fall asleep but usually around this time, or around 1 or 2 am I feel like I can't breathe and then I have to wake up again. But usually it takes me hours to fall asleep. Such as if I try to start going to bed at 9:00 I will be tossing and turning until 12:30. Im always tired throughout the day but even when I am tired I still can't relax. And yes, I tried the exercise thing. I've tried reading boring books before going to sleep. Ive tried listening to classical music. Ive tried stretching.... nothing has been doing it. Its like I can't stop thinking... Im really missing valuable sleep and this is affecting my schoolwork. Any suggestions would be appreciated
