| ok well this is my problem..the top of my thighs are kind of fat and i really want to get rid of it BUT the area below that like above my knee is really muscly and the muscle makes my legs look really big and fat..i know its muscle cause its firm and it doesnt wobble or anything..is there any way to make my upper thighs more toned and my lower thighs more leaner??
