How do I know if I've brokene my hymen?

Okay I just want to know... I've heard that virgins can lose their hymen by playing sports, bike of horseback riding, and using tampons.... I use tampons regularly with no pain and I am still a virgin how can I tell if my hymen broke?

I would say it really doesn't matter. You could go see a gynaecologist though, they'd tell you

My advise is if you cant check yourself to see then consult your family doctor for an exam. I have to add that the person "the only soloro se" If you are an RN claiming that if a woman has broken her hymen she is no longer a "physical virgin" you should give up giving medical advise, a woman is a virgin until her first sexual intercourse.

if youre worried,then see your gynocologist,he will give you an exam and tell you if its broken,as the old saying goes,when in doubt,find out.really,youll have peace of mind.
