has anyone touched one part of their body and felt it in another?

I mean I noticed when I touched the bottom of my leg next to the foot that I also felt tingling in my other leg but further up and more at the side. Now every time I touch this spot I can feel it in the other leg. Can anyone tell me why this happens?
