| I started running again which is good but can't seem to kick it up to run more...further. I ran a couple marathons a few yrs ago too so I know I can do this !! I think it is because I'm drinking wine more than i use to. Alcohol is not good to have when trying to exercise etc. I have been thru alot..divorce and almost a advance CA but it didn't spread. I'm very thankful but need more motivation !! Has anyone eer felt this way ? A bit down but know the solution ???

| Yeppers... motivation and procrastination have always been problems for me too. Do you really want to run marathons again, or are you just doing it for the exercise??? Maybe just cut your wine consumption in half and go from there... If you start seeing improvements, that might be motivation enough to get you to where you want to be. Whatever decision you make, implement it today!! NOW!!! You've been through so much lately and conquered it all, I know u can do this!!!
