| I have the dreaded man boobs and also I have a severe back injury that limits me from doing any kind of normal work out. Is there anyway to help get rid of these? i am an overweight person, I can live with the bulging belly just not the man boobs.

| My son use to do push ups on the wall. He got rid of his. You stand back away from the wall and then put your hands on the wall and push yourself way from the wall. Just like on the floor but on the wall.
