Not really if its your lobes! I spose it really depends on how well you can handle pain!

it doesn't hurt very much. when you get it done, you can feel pressure, but it goes away like, directly after the ear is pierced. if you want to get your ear pierced, i would say go for it, because the pain is almost not even a factor.

it just stings a little unless it is in the cartilage then it hurts
