Can clinical depression be treated as a disibilaty?

In a previous question I mentioned I had been injured at workand was on comp. I was also rather depressed as a result of it. I got fired before my Doctor returned me to full duty. Can cclinical depression be used in the case against them since it was obvioulsy affecting me in a detrimental way?

Yes, it is something you need to discuss with your psychiatrist as there are many factors involved.
