| I feel like doing nothing all day and i dont care about anything. I never get excited about anything anymore and the only thing i can feel is sadness. I cant cry because there's no point. so am i depressed?

| Yes - it sounds like you are depressed. If you are not an adult - speak with one of your parents, a trusted teacher/counselor, or a good friend and let them know how you are feeling.Speaking with someone about it can help and you may be able to see a therapist. Trust me - it helped a lot for me!

| I think you should go and see someone such as a doctor or a therapist. There is no shame to go and see anyone....maybe you just need someone to talk too!?!

| sounds like it, a doc will put you on meds if that's what you need/want...i have had bad experiences with meds but they might help some people. you are not alone! Good luck! go see your doc

| I feel the same way too. Stop smokin' pot. Seriously though, depression is normal and best cured without the aid of medicines. Try to put positive spins on things even if it seems impossible. You can't really say you don't care about anything because your actually reaching out right now, obviously you care about yourself.

| well, you sure seem pretty depressed. try to find something that will make you happy. try to be crazy. have some sygar and energy food. or, you might just be very tired. try to get some extra sleep. you might want to think back about what you are sad about. did you loose someone in your life? if you did, try and think back on all the good times you've had with them. dont be sad, be happy. find things to be happy about.

| If you feel listless, then release endorphins which stop that. There's two ways that I know of: Exercise naturally releases them and makes you feel good, and eating chocolate releases them, but exercise will make you feel better in the long run. If you've only felt this for a little bit, then it's just a down day- you won't be depressed all your life.

| Hi, I felt that way a while ago and turns out i was depressed, so I recommend you speak to your doctor about that and he/she can refer you to a therapist before it's to late.
