| I am a 25 year old mother of two. I am 5'4" and I weigh 104 pounds. I very recently and quickly lost over 20 pounds to reach this weight. I did this by essentially starving myself. I will keep this short...but I have come to realize that I am on a dangerous path and that I might be borderline anorexic...so I am tyring to get better and I have started eating again. I am very worried about damage I may have already done to my body. This is not the first time I have "starved" myself down to an unhealthy weight. I have never been below 104 pounds, but I have done this probably 4 or 5 other times since I was a teenager. Do I need to be worried about heart damage or did I catch this in time to be okay?
