| You most sleep more time and eat more fruits, don´t make exercise very late and when you get home a good bath. Bye

| Afternoons are a sluggish time for many people, with and without medical conditions. Jump start yourself with a light snack that is low in carbs (which can be relaxing) like a handful of almonds and a bit of fruit. Personally, that's when my chocolate craving hits as well, so I tend to opt for almonds and a bit of good quality dark chocolate. Also drink a big glass of water...you may be dehydrated. Folks tend to sip coffee in the morning, which keeps you hydrated until the caffine starts to act as a diuretic...drying you out in the afternoon. A bit of exercise will help as well...get yourself out into the fresh air and sunshine, walk to the shop on the corner and buy some chocolate and almonds and a bottle of cool water, stretch and walk back to your home or office. You'll feel better, and more human too.Have a nice afternoon!Monica
