| Ok so ill explain. School starts in 18 days and well im a little over weight (=-0) So Right now im 235 pounds, 6'1 and my goal is to lose 15 pounds in 18 days. I will be running about 1-2 miles a day. I will be boxing messing around with the heavy bag. 200 sit ups-----10 sets of 20 50 push ups----10 sets of 5 Weight lifting ---Benching, curls, squats Now for the food. I will probably be eating about 1500 calories a day, by eating thingS throughout the day. EXAMPLE: banna and toast in morning, a few hours later some more fruit, lunch yogurt, dinner some kind of healthy dinner food...lol I am probably missing alot, but i just need to know if its even possible. And you can give me any other help possible. PS:CAN CRACK HELP?????
