Is Sex Tourism growing in Turkey?

Apparently,even many western women are looking for young, impressionable and vulnerable turkish boys and young men for sex.

What can be done to stop this?

There is no such thing as sex tourism in Turkey. Sex has always been in Turkey, just like any other country. No more, no less.
In Turkish we have a saying: "neighbor's hen looks like a goose" (kom?unun tavu?u kaz görünürmü?). Sometimes the media exaggerates things.

I dont think so... Even if so, I believe nobody cant prevent, Turkey is not Iran.

Oh yes, I love going to the brothels of Istanbul, they are so cheap .

?t is a personal choice between two people and believe me , young Turkish man is not naive or that vulnerable.
