Kryesore Old city tourism Istanbul?
I booked a hotel only to be told it was full. However the company has debited £800 from my credit card. Has anyone resolved this?

well the best way, call to your credit card and said that u lost u credit card and u found that somebody book in some hotel and the hotel call you that is full.
The credit card first void u cc and then refund u money no service no payment because u r not in that hotel, the cc gonna call to the hotel and u r not registered.
