Absolutely not in the cases you cite. Those Muslims have been there for hundreds of years. They lived under Christian repression, then Communist repression, and now they want out from under the yoke. What's so hard to understand about that?

No. This does not apply to Muslims only. It applies to any organized group on this planet.

The common denominator you are looking for between Bosnian and Kosovo Muslims, is USA. In Bosnia, Izetbegovic would have signed the Cutiliero's confederation agreement if Zimerman, US ambassador in Belgrade, hadn't told him otherwise. In Kosovo, the KLA would have been destroyed if NATO hadn't helped it.
