...or the u.s would have attacke do you think n.a.t.o and u.s would have attacked serbia, since at that time soviet union was being dimantled and russia was trying to get back on it's feet at that time in the late 1990's. even then the americans asked the french and the u.k to attack the russians who were heading into prestina since they didn't want to die them selves,well thier so called super power status went down the toilet from then on,hideing behind europe like little girls, what do you think?

no way, even when russia was recovering and trying to pull it self from the dismantleing of the soviet union they were still strong, why do you think the americans asked the french and brits to attack the russians in perstina, it is because they are cowards,

That's a moot point, if the Soviet Union had still be around then they would have been controlling what was then Yugoslavia with an iron fist and something like Kosov would not have been allowed to happen and it certainly wouldn't have been allowed the publicity it got.
